Shipments and returns
Orders are shipped within 24 / 48 hours to mainland Portugal, (if available in stock or within the period indicated in the proposal), after receipt of payment and are shipped via NACEX.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees according to the values indicated in the proposal.
Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order.
We are unable to group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order. The order is shipped at your own risk, without insurance coverage, and special care is taken to protect fragile items. The boxes are ample in size and your items are well protected.
